Join a North Lakeland Discovery Center naturalist Hannah Thorpe (Gargrave) and Manitowish Waters Historical Society historian Jim Bokern on a pontoon tour of the Turtle Flambeau Flowage. The trip will depart from Springstead Boat Landing and explore the histories, rich natural beauty and resources of the 13,000-acre Scenic Waters Area. Some bound historic images for personal viewing will be shared to better illustrate the history and cultural traditions of the area.
