Board of Directors Nomination Notice and Process

Every year, the president will appoint a nominating committee of three or more voting board members to nominate members for election to the board. Every November, at least 30 days before the annual meeting held in mid-December, the president will assure that the membership has access to a notice to the membership on the possibility of nominating individuals for consideration by the nominating committee. Any member interested in self-nominating or nominating a fellow member may do so by making that nomination to the president by December 1st.

The board consists of no fewer than five and no greater than nine members. Board members serve three-year terms. The terms of the directors are staggered.

Executive officers are also nominated and voted on at the annual meeting.

For more detail, please refer to our bylaws. Any questions can be directed to the president.
