Discover Historic Traditions and Mysteries of Stone, Fawn and Clear Lakes by Water

Wednesday: 9 am -11 am, 11:30 am-1:30 pm or 2 pm-4 pm

Join Manitowish Waters Historical Society historian Kay Krans on a two-hour pontoon tour of Stone, Fawn and Clear lakes. This trip will depart from the Clear Lake Boat Landing and explore the rich histories of these lakes with a wealth of historic images. Discover the Indigenous People trail networks, MW’s earliest pioneer family, all phases of the logging era, a railroad depot, homesteads, early resorts and businesses.

Directions to the launch site will be sent to registered participants prior to the trip.
