Join a North Lakeland Discovery Center naturalist and Manitowish Waters Historical Society historian Jim Bokern on a new 3.5-hour sunset pontoon tour of the Turtle Flambeau Flowage. The trip will depart from Springstead Boat Landing and explore the histories, rich natural beauty and resources of the 13,000-acre Scenic Waters Area during the magical hours before sunset. Some bound historic images for personal viewing will be shared to better illustrate the history and cultural traditions of the area. Bring your preferred beverages and food, or enjoy a pizza from Birches Resort for dinner.
